How the idea of pictures with a story was born

I was born in Crimea, in the small town of Feodosia, and the sea is what inspires me. They call me various names: lord of the sea, conqueror of Paris, father of Feodosia. Even though I was offered the best positions at court, I returned to my homeland and stayed here forever.

Because of my frequent travels, I was often at home, and it was a torment. So, the idea was born to collect paintings by different artists for you in the gallery, which will remind of home, of pleasant moments in life, or will be a support and inspiration in the hour of need.

A boundless, all-consuming sea that awakens strength and emotions inside. Reflects the element of the sea frozen for a fraction of a second, it is transferred on the canvas and stays motionless there. The feeling of defiance remains.

How can imperfections be our talents. The artist suffered from strabismus: in his self-portraits, his eyes look in different directions, which is not the case in the portraits of other people in the master’s brush. This flaw could be one of the explanations of his phenomenal talent.

A painting literally "constructed" on a flat canvas is perceived as spatial, full of air and space, a picture of rural life. Which, once again, proves that simplicity is the highest level of art. And so it is in everything else.

Traces of decay, leaves shriveled — a captured moment of the transition of life into death, no embellishment, only reality. This painting is the beginning of Caravaggio’s desire to go against all tradition.

I'm worried that I'll buy it and then regret it

Yes, I draw some of the paintings myself, some of them I select for my collection. I have an expert in my team who can tell a fake from a genuine original in two minutes. No matter how I check him, he always turns out to be right. And in addition, we bring in an outside specialist. As a result, you will have 2 certificates on your hands with confirmation of the authenticity of the painting.

I'm afraid to order a picture and it won't come at all

Before shipping, our manager makes a video demonstration. Only then will it be well packaged and sent by courier. The picture may differ slightly only in color, because the screens may distort the color rendering a little, but not significantly.

What if something happens to the painting on delivery?

All our parcels are insured and shipments are well packaged. If this happens, we will return your money or help you find a new cloth within the same amount.
